With this, you know what you are consuming and\u00a0you can better control your portions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercise is important, but don&#8217;t stress over it!<\/strong>\u00a0If find that you don&#8217;t like a tpye of exercise, try something else. The great thing about it is that there are many things that you can do to stay active. Daily things such as cleaning your house, going on a stroll to deliver mail, or walking up and down the stairs rigorously.
